- We reserve the right to refuse treatment where it is deemed unsafe, unsuitable, or inappropriate.
4. Consultations & Medical Disclosure
- Clients must provide accurate, complete, and truthful medical information prior to treatment.
- Failure to disclose relevant medical history may result in adverse outcomes, for which we accept no liability.
5. Results & Expectations
- Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
- Any before-and-after images are for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee results.
6. Appointments, Cancellations & Late Policy
- Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit or full charge.
- Arriving late may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation without refund.
7. Payments & Pricing
- All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice.
- Payment may be required in full at the time of booking or before treatment.
- Deposits are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.
8. Packages, Courses & Prepaid Treatments
- Treatment packages, courses, and prepaid services are non-refundable, whether used in full or in part.
- Packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser.
- Each treatment within a package remains subject to consultation and medical suitability at every appointment.
- We reserve the right to amend or discontinue packages; packages already purchased will remain valid under the original terms.
9. Discounted Services, Offer Days & Promotions
- Discounted treatments, promotional pricing, flash sales, and offer days are time-limited and subject to availability.
- All discounted services are final sale and non-refundable once purchased.
- Discounted services must be booked and used within the stated promotional period. Where no period is stated, they must be used within 6 months of purchase.
- Missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows for discounted services may result in forfeiture of the treatment, with no refund or rescheduling.
- Discounted services cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, or loyalty schemes unless explicitly stated.
- No retrospective price adjustments will be applied to purchases made before or after a promotion.
10. Medical Suitability & Right to Refuse Treatment
- Purchase of a package, course, or discounted service does not guarantee treatment.
- If a client is deemed medically unsuitable at any stage, we reserve the right to refuse treatment.
- In such cases, we may, at our discretion, offer an alternative treatment or clinic credit. Cash refunds will not be provided.
11. Clinic Relocation
- Viera Aesthetics reserves the right to change or relocate its clinic location at any time.
- If the clinic relocates, all existing packages, courses, prepaid treatments, and promotional purchases will remain valid, provided the clinic continues to operate.
- Relocation within a 10-mile radius of the clinic’s previous location (including relocation within the RM postcode area) shall be deemed reasonable and shall not constitute grounds for a refund, cancellation, transfer, or termination of any package, course, or prepaid treatment.
- Clients are responsible for attending appointments at the clinic’s current operating location, as communicated via our website, email, or social media.
- Where relocation significantly impacts a client’s ability to attend, we may, at our discretion, offer clinic credit or an alternative solution. Cash refunds will not be issued.
12. Refund Policy
- Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, no refunds are offered once a treatment has been carried out.
- Unused treatments within a package are non-refundable.
- Product refunds, where applicable, are subject to consumer rights and hygiene regulations.
13. Aftercare & Follow-Up
- Clients must follow all aftercare instructions provided.
- We are not responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from failure to follow aftercare guidance.
14. Complaints
- Any complaints should be raised directly with us as soon as possible to allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue.
15. Liability
- All treatments are carried out with reasonable care and skill.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability where unlawful under UK law.
16. Intellectual Property
